UPCOMING EVENTS

Fall Ball on October 12th, 2024 at 5pm in Douglas Hall! Join us for a pot luck chili dinner and some great big band music! Swoon and croon and enjoy fellowship food, and fun! We are dressing up in “Old Hollywood” style. Costumes are not required.

Flower Team News – The flower team is now taking dedications for flowers. The cost is $45.00. Please see the sign-up sheet at the back of the church.

Audubon Society Nature Center -- Swing by Bancroft Hall and take a look: the local Audubon Society has moved to our campus converting Bancroft House (once the rectory for priest and family) as their nature museum, with displays and publications and helpful information. 

Hike-a-Palians Hiking Group – Hike-a-palians is an informal group of parishioners and friends who enjoy hiking. Our hikes range from 2-7 miles long, usually 2-4 hours and is weather permitting.  Enjoy God’s cathedral with some really fabulous people! To be added to the hike notification list, send your e-mail address to Sean Spillane at bentley41004@yahoo.com

COT Columbarium – Did you know that our church has a Columbarium? It is located outside behind the Sanctuary. We have both individual crypts and a common crypt. Give your loved one a permanent place at a reasonable price! We currently have 48 spaces available. If you are interested in purchasing space, please contact Tom Marker at tbmarker@gmail.com.

Worship Service on Zoom - We will continue to offer live worship over Zoom at our 10:15 am service for those unable to attend in person.

Stephen Ministry – Stephen Ministers are members of our parish who listen, encourage and give emotional and spiritual support to people facing a crisis. Stephen Ministry services are free and confidential. If you would like to connect with a Stephen Minister, please contact Karen Coriden at kbcoriden@yahoo.com or Erika in the office.

Meals on Wheels – If you know of someone who is over 60, homebound, has trouble getting food and is financially challenged and lives in the Conifer/Evergreen/Pine area, they may be eligible to receive meals from Meals on Wheels. Contact Ken Tisdale at Senior Resource Center at 303-235-6933 or ktisdale@srcaging.org.

VIA Paratransit is in Evergreen – VIA’s Free Paratransit Service is available to Evergreen Residents who qualify for VIA’s services. The service is available Mon - Fri 8:30 am to 2:30 pm and is available to go around town and the surrounding areas. To register, call (303) 444-4043.
